Lifecycle OS

Run your whole lifecycle programme as one brand.

The problem AI writes a mailer in seconds and invents the price, the rating and the claim inside it — and with more than one brand in the room, it reaches for the wrong brand’s facts. This platform generates the same assets, but a fact it does not have stays missing and says so, and one brand’s data cannot reach another brand’s workspace.

Onboard a brand once and the entire suite becomes that brand: its palette and typography drive every screen, its voice and rules govern every generated asset, and its own catalogue, cohorts and market study are the only data anyone sees.

Checking which brand is active…

The problem this solves, in full

Lifecycle marketing needs a constant stream of assets — mailers, ads and landing pages, one per cohort per market per week — and every one has to be on-brand and factually correct.

Generative tools make the first half fast and the second half dangerous. Asked for a mailer, they return a convincing one containing a price nobody set, a rating nobody earned, a review nobody wrote and a claim nobody approved. It reads perfectly, which is exactly why it ships. Run more than one brand and the same fluency quietly puts one brand's products, colours and copy inside another brand's campaign.

These are not typos. An invented rating is an advertising-standards exposure. Another company's product claim under your name is worse. Both are discovered after the send, by someone else.

So this platform is built the other way round: a fact it does not have stays missing and says so, and one brand's data cannot reach another brand's workspace — not as a policy someone has to follow, but because the code path does not exist. Every claim on this page is enforced by a test or a gate, and the sections below name which.

What it does

Analyse

Cohorts and RFM over your own commerce and engagement exports. Nothing is shown until your data is connected.

Plan

A rolling campaign calendar built from your offerings and the moments that matter to your market.

Create

Mailers, ads and landing pages generated to your brand rules, with the exact prompt that produced each one.

Benchmark

Your competitive set and market study, researched and source-cited, never borrowed from another brand.

Operate

A brand assistant that can drive the stack through tools and quote the figures behind every recommendation.

Ship

Review, approve and export. Approved work is what ships, not a regenerated approximation of it.

How a brand works here

  1. Describe the brand. Identity, colour schema, typography, voice, and where its catalogue comes from. Start from a profile or enter your own.
  2. It becomes the system. Those values are compiled into design tokens and prompt rules, so the app re-skins and generated assets are on-brand by construction, not by review.
  3. Connect the catalogue. Products, or events, programmes, sections and plans. A publisher and a product brand are modelled differently on purpose.
  4. Work. Plan, generate, review, ship. Switch brands and everything switches with you.

The generation pipeline

Every content-producing feature runs the same ordered stages, and each one names the endpoint behind it.

What it refuses to do

It will not invent. No made-up product, price, URL, review, rating or statistic. A missing fact is reported as [DATA REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH] rather than filled in.

It will not mix brands. One brand's catalogue, competitors, analytics or market study never appear inside another's workspace. Where your brand has no data yet, you get an empty state that says so.

It will not ship an unreadable design. A palette that fails WCAG AA contrast, or a dark-neutral page surface, is blocked at activation rather than shipped.
